About My Clients
I work with children, teens, adults, and parents who are navigating big emotions, life transitions, or challenges in communication. Many of my clients are parents feeling overwhelmed or kids struggling with anxiety, anger, or sadness. They’re seeking relief, stronger relationships, and a more peaceful home.
My Background and Approach
I’m a National Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and experience in both community and school-based settings. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each individual’s needs. I specialize in supporting children through play therapy and helping parents build stronger, more connected relationships with their kids. I also work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I use a person-centered, strength-based lens and integrate creative, evidence-based techniques to support emotional understanding, improve communication, and build coping skills. At the heart of my work is a strong therapeutic relationship rooted in empathy, trust, and respect. Whether you’re seeking support for your child or yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you in your journey toward growth and healing.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported—especially in moments of struggle. I see therapy as a space where people can reconnect with themselves and the people they love. I believe in the power of relationships to heal, and that meaningful change happens when we feel safe, understood, and valued. I trust my clients to be the experts in their own lives, and I work collaboratively to help them tap into their strengths, build emotional awareness, and move toward the life they want. I also believe that parenting is one of the hardest and most important jobs out there, and I’m passionate about supporting families in creating more connection and calm at home. Therapy isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s about feeling more grounded, more resilient, and more like yourself.
