About My Clients
In my over 15 years of experience, my work has focused on helping children and adolescents who struggle with anxiety, bullying, self-esteem issues, loneliness, social-emotional, and learning challenges. Different approaches will be explored that can be tailored to meet each individual’s needs, and which will take into account families’ cultural values and beliefs.
My Background and Approach
I have offered mental health to adolescents and families across a variety of settings including hospitals, mental health facilities, and school settings. I have experience in treating anxiety and depression. My goal is to provide clients with the tools they need to achieve autonomy in their own treatment process to regain control of their lives by establishing permanent healthy coping mechanisms. I offer individual sessions online and provide consultation to parents to help them voice their concerns and support their children through learning issues and social, emotional turmoil. My therapeutic approach is warm, empathetic, caring, and non-judgmental.
