About My Clients
If you have found yourself on this website and reading these words, I applaud you for taking this step towards improving your life! Change can be hard and also invaluable. I specialize in anxiety, transitions, college students, substance misuse, and life transitions. Helping fellow helpers is also a passion of mine. I am not a silent 'sit there and nod' type of therapist, sessions with me are interactive, though don't let this put you off if you are a quiet person, I am also gentle!
My Background and Approach
I became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2011 and also am a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. In my practice I utilize various treatment modalities to meet your goals. These may include mindfulness, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), existentialist, etc. The heart of my work is taking a compassionate and strengths based approach.

Life can get pretty heavy sometimes and I firmly believe that everyone benefits from receiving quality therapy. I have dedicated myself to providing a space where you can show up as your true self and be fully seen and heard.
