About My Clients
My clients include: individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma and substance use; Couples dealing with various relational stressors, such as those struggling with communication issues, co-dependency and poor boundaries; as well as military families affected by transitions and related stressors.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed graduate of marriage and family therapy (LGMFT) in the state of Maryland. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Counseling with an emphasis in Substance Use in 2012; and my Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in 2017. I utilize an experiential approach, offering a safe and comfortable presence to help clients navigate difficult emotions to find positive change. I provide a safe, non-judgemental setting in which clients can feel heard, accepted and safe to express themselves.
