Have you struggled to find a therapist that is a good fit? I enjoy providing a safe space for all people regardless of background. I enjoy providing a productive and professional yet laid back experience for my clients. I specialize in trauma, anxiety disorders, LGBT issues, womens issues, and adolescents. My Background and Approach
I have worked in a lot of non traditional locations such as intensive outpatient, integrated medicine, and telehealth. My approach is catered specifically for my client and their needs, but I generally operate from a person centered framework.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that all people are capable of change and possess all they need to in order to achieve change, it’s my job to help you uncover it. I believe that all people should be able to come to therapy and experience a judgement free place to achieve their goals.
