I draw from emotion-focused, narrative, psychodynamic, existential, and solution-focused therapies - tailoring our work to what resonates most with you. I believe therapy isn’t about rushing to a fix, but about creating space to understand yourself more deeply and move through challenges with greater clarity and resilience. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, identity shifts, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, I’m here to walk alongside you with curiosity and care. Together, we’ll work to uncover the roots of what’s holding you back - not to dwell, but to help you move forward with more confidence, self-trust, and freedom. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I’m originally from O‘ahu, Hawai‘i, where growing up in a tight-knit, multicultural community taught me the value of healthy connections - something I bring into therapy. I respect all humans and am an ally to the LGBTQI+ community. I also love working with those who identify as BIPOC and/or AANHPI. In 2021, I moved to Washington during the pandemic, and though leaving home was scary, it pushed me to grow and adapt. Now, I’m loving the Pacific Northwest. I enjoy visiting local coffee shops, long neighborhood walks, and cooking cozy Filipino and Korean meals for loved ones.
