About My Clients
My clients are couples who want to stop repeating the same fight, families navigating tension and disconnection, and individuals who feel stuck but can't explain why. Many are bilingual or bicultural — and they want a therapist who understands that context matters.
My Background and Approach
Therapy with me isn't about being told what to do — it's about understanding the patterns keeping you stuck and building something new together. Whether you're navigating a rough patch in your relationship, rebuilding trust after betrayal, managing anxiety, or trying to find your footing as a family, I meet you where you are. Using EFT, we explore the emotional cycles underneath conflict — what's really driving the distance or the arguments. With the Gottman Method, we build practical skills: communication, repair, and connection that lasts outside the therapy room.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe relationships are worth fighting for. My faith, my family, and my own life experiences have shaped the way I work with people. I try to create a space where you feel heard, where we can be honest about what's not working, and where we can work together toward real change. I've seen couples make it through some very difficult times, and I believe change is possible when both people are willing to do the work. I also believe it's hard to care for the people you love when you've been running on empty for a long time. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish—it's part of being able to show up for your relationships in a healthier way.
