I use researched-based approaches; The Gottman Method for couples therapy as it is based on over 40 years of data providing targeted interventions which make it efficient and cost effective. I use EMDR therapy for clients who want to work on trauma along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and more holistic approaches such as Mindfulness.
