About My Clients
I love working with clients who are tired of not feeling their best and they want to make changes to take control of their mental and physical health. My ideal client is willing to work together to utilize a variety of strategies to target their overall wellbeing. They will be be an active participant in the treatment process and utilize the tools that we discuss in their every day lives.
My Background and Approach
I worked in the self defense and fitness industry for over 15 years and so I am extremely passionate about the interconnection of feeling great from the inside out and also how that impacts our mental health. I will of course use traditional clinical interventions to address mental health concerns but I will augment that with looking at overall lifestyle habits, social supports, and healthy living. I have received specialized training as a Certified Mental Health and Integrative Medicine Provider which informs my approach.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I work with all clients and respect all kinds of people from all walks of life. I also believe that it is critical to find fulfillment in having a purpose. With that being said, I am a woman of Christian Faith. I am open to exploring with the client whatever spiritual journey they might be on regardless of religion etc if that is what they desire.
