About My Clients
I help clients gain insight into their thoughts and behaviors to help improve how they feel, which includes family conflict, generational trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, communication issues and mood. My approach is to provide a safe and open space to talk and explore thoughts and conversations to help create change in their life. I work collaboratively to support you, as I believe you are the expert of your own life. I offer a free 15 minute consultation.
My Background and Approach
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist as well as an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I see clients who are in California by virtual or tele-therapy sessions. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a Master’s of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2021. I have additional training in issues of grief and loss as well as being a trained advocate for survivors of sexual assault and intimate partner violence. I am working on EMDR training. I have a strong desire to help those who have experienced trauma.
