About My Clients
I specialize in working with clients ages 16 and up on symptoms of anxiety and related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, trauma, PTSD, major life changes, and women’s health including postpartum and perinatal mood disorders.
My Background and Approach
I have over 15 years of experience in the field. I received my bachelor’s of science in psychology from the University of Florida, then my master’s in counseling from North Carolina State University. I also attended Salem State University where I received a post-master’s certificate of advanced graduate studies in counseling psychology. I utilize a variety of approaches in my work, with a primary focus in cognitive behavioral therapy. I enjoy building relationships and working alongside my clients to develop a plan that works for you.
