About My Clients

I work with women struggling with self-doubt, people-pleasing, burnout, and the weight of expectations. If you feel stuck in old patterns, drained by relationships, or disconnected from yourself, I offer a supportive space to help you heal, unlearn what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your confidence, strength, and inner spark.

My Background and Approach

My diverse background in journalism, international relations, and strategic business consulting allows me to bring a broad, nuanced perspective to therapy. Having navigated different cultures, systems, and life transitions, I understand the complexities of change, identity, and resilience. Growing up in a family of psychologists, I eventually reconnected with my true passion for psychotherapy after exploring various career paths. As an immigrant who arrived in the U.S. in my twenties, I understand firsthand the challenges of adapting to new environments while staying true to yourself. I specialize in EMDR and trauma-informed care with a focus on women’s empowerment. I combine evidence-based techniques with a warm, collaborative approach to help clients break free from old patterns, heal emotional wounds, and rediscover their inner strength—paving the way for a more confident, fulfilling life. I see each session as a partnership in transformation.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in creating a compassionate, nurturing space where every woman feels seen, heard, and supported. My personal journey as an immigrant and a woman who has navigated multiple life transitions fuels my commitment to cultural sensitivity and authentic connection. I stand for empowerment, resilience, and the importance of self-care—values that shape both my personal life and professional practice. In addition to my therapy work, I lead a free series of community meetings for women, providing a space for reflection, support, and connection. My goal is to help women reclaim their voices, unlearn limiting patterns, and step into their strength with confidence.
