About My Clients
I specialize in working with individuals from different cultures and backgrounds including the LGBTQIA+ community, immigrants, and those currently undergoing life transitions (age, career, parenthood, etc.) while targeting concerns such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, body image concerns, career concerns, interpersonal issues, and relationship trauma/violence.
My Background and Approach
I believe in a collaborative, nurturing, well-rounded and adaptable approach to mental health therapy, individualized to each client while utilizing proven therapeutic interventions and treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Trauma Focused, and Person-Centered Therapy to target a wide range of issues and goals you may want to focus on during our time together.
