About My Clients
I have experience supporting children (6+), teens, and families; I have training in perinatal mental health and truly enjoy supporting new parents in their journey. I have experience working with immigrants and refugees, and consider it an honor to support families through big life transitions.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Seattle University and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHC-A MC#61474184). I am trained in several evidence-based modalities such as trauma-focused cognitive-behavioral therapy for children (TF-CBT), Motivational Interviewing, EFT Tapping, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). I am also trained in nature-based therapy and am able to provide sessions outdoors to clients who would benefit from it.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I support a practice that is anti-racist, social-justice focused, and gender affirmative. This means I am committed to serving all my clients through an equitable lens and believe mental health care should be accessible to all.
