Perhaps you were raised in family that didn't encourage emotional expression, or (in the case of many men, they were actively encouraged to suppress it) Through an approach that integrates mind and body, I can help you tap into the wisdom that is already inside of you to manage these emotions better. I enjoy integrating Somatic Experiencing to help clients release stress and trauma from the body. I have advanced training in Emotionally Focused therapy, an evidence-based therapy that I use for working with couples.
