About My Clients
I work best with women who feel stuck in people-pleasing, guilt, and shame that make it hard to live authentically. If you're struggling with anxiety, shame, boundary-setting, a difficult breakup, or a deep sense of "not enough," I see you. I love supporting emerging adults who are curious, ready to explore their inner world, and want to build more resilience and self-acceptance. I'm available Mondays - Thursdays for telehealth therapy sessions. Reach out to get started!
My Background and Approach
We all develop ways of coping that make sense at one point in our lives. As life changes, what once protected us can eventually leave us feeling stuck. I'm a BIPOC, LGBTQ+ affirming clinician who primarily works with young adult women and college students. I help clients who are struggling with attachment wounds, relationship challenges, shame, anxiety and overthinking, self-esteem, codependency, boundaries, or their identity. My style is relational and interactive, and I have specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for Individuals. I utilize ACT, CBT, attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion. During our sessions, we'll uncover patterns you may not have noticed before, explore the messier parts of being human, and develop practical skills to help you navigate them.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing often begins when all parts of you feel welcome. At the center of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself – I believe therapy works best when clients feel emotionally safe enough to show up fully as themselves and have a trusted space to work through life's challenges. In my practice, I center cultural humility, affirmation, and empowerment. I bring empathy, warmth, directness, and occasional humor (because sometimes laughter is part of healing, too). Outside of work, you'll usually find me enjoying stand-up comedy, spending time with my Havanese dog, Luca, or unwinding with a good TV show.
