About My Clients

My clients often feel overwhelmed by life’s demands, struggling to balance cultural expectations, family relationships, and personal well-being. Many carry the weight of anxiety, trauma, or identity conflicts while trying to stay strong for others. I understand the exhaustion of holding it all together. Together, we create a safe space to release that burden, find clarity, and rediscover peace, confidence, and balance in your daily life.

My Background and Approach

Over the years, I’ve developed an approach rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and evidence-based practices to help clients heal and grow. My work focuses on empowering individuals and families to understand themselves deeply, manage emotions effectively, and create lasting change. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and challenges holding you back and use practical, individualized tools to help you move forward. You’ll learn techniques to calm your body, manage your thoughts, and communicate more openly, whether you’re struggling with anxiety, trauma, or family stress. My approach is collaborative, warm, and focused on building real-world skills that you can use every day. I draw from modalities such as CBT, mindfulness, and existential therapy to help you connect with your values, strengthen relationships, and regain a sense of balance. My goal is to help you feel more in control, confident, and aligned with who you truly are.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing is possible for everyone, no matter what they’ve been through. Growth begins when we feel seen, understood, and safe enough to face the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide. I see mental health challenges not as flaws, but as responses to pain, cultural expectations, or survival patterns that can be unlearned with support and compassion. I believe in meeting clients where they are and helping them reconnect with their values, identity, and purpose. As a first generation immigrant, I understand the complexity of balancing cultures, identities, and family expectations while striving for self-acceptance. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to redefine your story. I also believe laughter and authenticity belong in the therapy room. I’m committed to inclusion, equity, and advocacy for every community I serve. Change takes courage, and I would be honored to help you begin that journey.
