About My Clients
I work with individuals who feel emotionally exhausted from carrying too much for too long. Many struggle with anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, overthinking, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from themselves despite appearing “fine” on the outside. My clients are often used to supporting others while quietly struggling alone and want a space to feel understood, supported, and more connected to themselves.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I help clients better understand the patterns, emotions, and experiences that may be keeping them feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. Together, we build practical coping tools, strengthen emotional awareness, and create space for healing and meaningful change. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, self-esteem challenges, and difficult life transitions. I integrate evidence-based approaches to support clients in developing greater self-compassion, emotional balance, and healthier ways of coping and relating to themselves. Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if you are used to handling everything on your own. You do not need to have the right words or a clear plan to begin. I will meet you where you are and move at a pace that feels supportive and manageable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel genuinely seen, respected, and accepted without needing to minimize their experiences or explain away their pain. I value authenticity, compassion, cultural humility, and creating an environment where clients can show up as they are. I recognize the ways trauma, relationships, family systems, culture, and societal pressures can impact emotional well-being. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is not about “fixing” yourself, but about developing a deeper understanding of who you are, what you have carried, and what you need moving forward.
