You might feel disconnected from yourself. Numb, anxious, or overwhelmed. It can feel easier to avoid your thoughts and emotions than to sit with their discomfort and intensity. Together, we will use mindfulness and curiosity to help you reconnect with yourself, build confidence and courage, and begin to heal. I understand that seeking therapy isn't always easy, and finding a therapist who makes you feel truly comfortable can be even harder.
My Background and Approach
I practice an approach that integrates mindfulness and somatics within an Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. Simply put, we will focus on building self-awareness by noticing physical sensations in your body and identifying your thoughts and emotions with compassion. I believe you are the expert on yourself and already have the answers you need. I invite you to freely explore your experiences with me as we work together to cultivate trust and deepen your connection to yourself. I understand that seeking therapy isn't always easy, and finding a therapist who makes you feel truly comfortable can be even harder.
