I work with clients navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related concerns. Together, we explore patterns in emotions, behaviors, and relationships. We work toward strengthening communication, developing effective coping skills, and creating greater clarity around attachment needs, boundaries, and emotional safety. I work with therapist supervisees seeking to develop and strengthen their skills in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
My Background and Approach
I am a certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist and have completed Basic Training Parts I & II in EMDR. I am a BBS recognized supervisor and am currently working toward certification as an EFT Supervisor and AAMFT Designated Supervisor.
