About My Clients
I work with children, teens, and adults navigating life’s challenges. Whether it’s managing ADHD, behavioral concerns, or family conflict, or for adults, adjusting to major life transitions, anxiety, or relationship struggles—I provide a supportive space for growth and healing. My goal is to help clients develop coping skills, improve communication, and build stronger connections with themselves and others.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a master’s in professional counseling. With experience in school-based, I specialize in helping children, teens, and families navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. Using play therapy, CBT, and family therapy, I provide a supportive space where clients can build confidence, process emotions, and develop tools for growth. My work is rooted in Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI), which helps strengthen connections between children and caregivers. I also collaborate with parents to help them better understand and support their child’s needs. Whether working through ADHD, anxiety, or family conflict, my goal is to create lasting, meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing happens in the context of relationships. Whether in families or therapy, feeling safe, seen, and supported is essential for growth. My work is guided by the belief that every child and family has the capacity for change with the right tools and support. I’m passionate about creating spaces where clients feel heard and empowered. Outside of therapy, I advocate for mental health awareness, childhood development, and the importance of strong caregiver-child relationships. I also value personal growth and balance, focusing on wellness, movement, and connection in my own life. I believe therapy should be a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where clients feel empowered to take steps toward the life they want.
