I use IFS to help you understand parts of yourself and how they are working as resources in response to life stress. We will use IFS together to help your parts work as resources towards your emotional wellness.
I have been trained and practicing EMDR through EMDRIA for 4 years. EMDR can be helpful for a variety of issues.
I have been practicing with individuals with trauma since 2012. I find that most individuals have experienced some form of trauma and this differs for everyone. I provide humanistic-based trauma therapy and try to help you to understand your trauma responses, have compassion for yourself when they happen and decide if you want to re-write your story.
