About My Clients
My mission is to help you improve your quality in life and in essence encouraging living rather than existing. Stressors are normal, but gratitude is key for positive thinking and actions. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, body image, low self-esteem, substance abuse, and/or severe mental health I can assist you on your journey to holistic health.
My Background and Approach
My approach is to meet you where you are and focus on the goals you want to attain while in therapy. The key to this is to build rapport and really feel accepted and heard by your counselor. We will work together to attain your goals and make the most out of our time in therapy. My hope is to equip you with the tools you need to sustain your well- being.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My beliefs are that everyone desires love, acceptance, and personal growth. Life is beautiful and we must change our lenses in order to be present and mindful of this. Gratitude, compassion, and acceptance is key. I believe in God and in love. I’m not here to judge but to provide hope to individuals that are looking for a lifeline.
