I enjoy working with those seeking self-acceptance of who they are today, but to also see the potential in their future. Working together we will explore how to better manage responses to the stress of daily life, as well as move forward from past experiences so you can focus on living for today.
My Background and Approach
I have advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), working with trauma needs in various settings, as well as motivational interviewing and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I practice holistic perspectives in care, supporting increasing awareness of our physical practices in our daily lives and the impact this has on our mental health and emotional well being.
