About My Clients
You’re an adult carrying more than most people realize. Past trauma, anxiety that won’t let up, and patterns like substance use feel hard to break. You’re tired of feeling stuck and want something to change, but you don’t know where to start. Maybe your relationships or work are suffering, or old memories are showing up more than ever. I’m here to help you make sense of what you’re feeling and support you in taking the next step forward.
My Background and Approach
I have worked with individuals and couples in various levels of care from inpatient detox programs to outpatient psychotherapy. I treat those struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, substance use, and trauma. I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method, EMDR, and trauma-focused therapy. I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from Caldwell University.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I provide therapy tailored to your unique needs so the change we make in sessions feels sustainable in daily life. Together we’ll create a safe, nonjudgmental space for you to process the past and move forward. I offer sessions in person at our Hoboken office and by telehealth for residents of NJ and FL. Anchor Therapy is out-of-network, and we give superbills so you can file for reimbursement with your insurance company. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation.
