About My Clients
Anxiety is starting to affect your daily life. It shows up in your body—tight chest, heart palpitations, sweaty hands, brain fog, tension in your shoulders, trouble sleeping. Even when nothing is clearly wrong, you feel on edge. Your mind jumps to worst-case scenarios, replays conversations, and struggles to slow down. For many cancer survivors and people navigating life after cancer, anxiety doesn’t simply disappear when appointments slow down.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in anxiety treatment for cancer survivors. As a cancer survivor myself, I understand both the physical and emotional impact of going through treatment and adjusting to life afterward. I also bring training in nervous system regulation and evidence-based therapy approaches. I offer sessions in Spanish and English
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we all carry within us the capacity to overcome obstacles and grow through difficult experiences. My role is not to “fix” you, but to help you rediscover your own strength and clarity. I value honesty and authenticity, and I bring those qualities into our work together. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are—without judgment—and move forward in a way that feels true to you.
