I find fulfillment in helping folks reconnect with their unapologetic and most authentic inner selves found under layers of racial, cultural, systemic, and intersectional injustices. My approach to healing various mental health dis-eases such as Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, and Bipolar is through trauma-informed, holistic, and humanistic care. My expertise is also in BIPOC grief/bereavement due to physical and, or relationships and interpersonal loss through Jungian and shadow-based work.
