About My Clients

You’ve carried so much for so long—it's okay to put it down. I help BIPOC, ADHDers, and trauma survivors unlearn survival mode, break cycles, and heal in a space where you don’t have to code-switch or explain yourself. Therapy should feel real, affirming, and judgment-free. You deserve support, and you don’t have to do this alone. Let’s start your healing together.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience helping people heal from trauma, ADHD, and the weight of survival mode. I specialize in working with BIPOC individuals, ADHDers, trauma survivors, and those who have been through the unimaginable—including teens and adults recovering from sex trafficking. I also support teenagers with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), helping them feel heard, not just ‘managed.’ My approach blends evidence-based techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) with a deep understanding of how culture, identity, and lived experiences shape healing. Whether you're unlearning survival mode, breaking cycles, or learning to regulate emotions, therapy should feel safe and affirming. You don’t have to explain yourself here. You deserve a space where healing feels possible—at your own pace, in your own way. If you’re ready to start, I’m here.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Healing isn’t just individual—it’s collective. I believe in creating spaces where people from marginalized communities feel seen, heard, and valued. My work is rooted in decolonizing mental health, making therapy accessible, and breaking generational cycles of trauma. I stand for racial justice, LGBTQ+ rights, and survivors of sex trafficking. I’ve worked closely with teens and adults reclaiming their sense of self after trauma. I also advocate for neurodivergent empowerment, especially for ADHDers who’ve spent their lives masking or feeling misunderstood. As someone who has witnessed and experienced firsthand the impact of unhealed trauma, I know how important it is to have a space where you don’t have to justify your pain. Therapy should be a place where you feel safe, understood, and empowered. If this resonates with you, I’d love to connect.
