About My Clients
Navigating those teenage years can be stressful, therefore, having someone in your corner for part of the journey can be helpful. Many of my clients have had a history of emotional and behavioral concerns that led to situations such as acting out in school or at home. In our sessions, clients have been able to process and plan for situations as they learn to make healthy choices.
My Background and Approach
My experience has been extensive beginning in supervised visitation, residential, community mental health, inpatient, and intensive outpatient levels of care. Most of my experience has been with adolescents with a variety of concerns from anxiety, mood disorders, and substance use. My intention is to work alongside my client to walk the journey with them as they grow their self-awareness and gain tools to better manage their emotions.
