My Background and Approach
I offer cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and relaxation training to help you challenge negative thinking patterns and manage anxiety more effectively. We may also use assertiveness training to strengthen self-esteem, improve communication, and support you in setting healthy boundaries. The focus is on helping you take responsibility for your own happiness—rather than carrying the weight of others’. Through these tools, you’ll learn how to observe your thoughts, evaluate whether they are realistic, and replace unhelpful patterns with constructive alternatives. This process reduces anxiety, fosters resilience, and creates a cycle of positive thoughts, positive feelings, and positive actions.
