About My Clients
I work with you in constructive ways to help change the patterns of the relationships in your life. As a clinician, I value collaboration in the healing process. We will use an active, positive approach to help you develop an awareness of your current thought processes and understand how your life experiences influence the way you think and interact with others. Together we can explore areas of unfaithfulness, addiction, substance abuse, destructive communication, jealousy and more.
My Background and Approach
The tools that I'll provide you with are tools that I have learned throughout my career and through life experience and can help people just like you. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques you can discreetly use at anytime to get relief from symptoms. We'll work collaboratively and constructively to address your issues directly and help you develop new ways to deal with the everyday issues in your life as well as how to cope with the larger issues that occur throughout life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I know through personal and professional experience that everyone can grow and change at any time in their life. Oftentimes, we have learned unhealthy coping skills or behaviors while growing up or from past experiences. Because these are learned skills, we can replace them with new ones! Out with the old and in with the new!
