About My Clients
If you feel anxious, exhausted, stuck in painful memories, or disconnected in relationships because of what you’ve been through, you are not broken. As an immigrant, former medic, and trauma therapist, I help first responders, high achievers, and BIPOC/AAPI individuals heal from PTSD, anxiety, burnout, and relational trauma using evidence-based treatments and mindfulness tools, including Prolonged Exposure Therapy. You deserve more than survival mode — you deserve peace and authentic connection.
My Background and Approach
At Resilient Mind Works, we are a trauma-focused group practice helping individuals heal at the root, not just manage symptoms. If anxiety, PTSD, burnout, perfectionism, or relational trauma have kept you stuck in survival mode, you do not have to carry it alone anymore. Our team provides evidence-based, culturally responsive trauma therapy grounded in mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and authentic human connection. We help first responders, high achievers, and BIPOC/AAPI individuals process painful experiences safely, reduce emotional distress, and rebuild confidence, boundaries, and self-trust. Healing is not about erasing your past — it is about reclaiming your life from it. Together, we help you move from surviving to truly living with clarity, peace, and purpose. You deserve to feel safe, empowered, and fully present in your life and relationships again. Healing is possible.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
At Resilient Mind Works, we believe your past may shape you, but it should never define your worth, power, or future. Founded by an Asian American immigrant, former paramedic of 13 years, and trauma therapist specializing in Prolonged Exposure (PE) Therapy and mindfulness-based trauma treatment, our practice is dedicated to helping first responders, healthcare professionals, high achievers, and BIPOC/AAPI individuals heal from PTSD, anxiety, burnout, depression, and relational trauma. We understand the pressure to stay strong, overperform, people-please, and carry pain in silence while appearing “fine” on the outside. Many of our clients are exhausted from surviving. We are passionate about helping people process trauma at the root — not just manage symptoms. Our team provides evidence-based, culturally responsive care that helps regulate the nervous system, safely process painful experiences, and rebuild confidence, boundaries, and self-trust. Healing is possible, and you do not have
