My Background and Approach
I am a National Certified Counselor, Behavior Analyst, Sex Therapist, Substance Abuse Professional and expert in trauma healing with more than 15 successful years of experience in behavior health. The basics of my practice are 1. Increase self-compassion and develop the ability to understand unique circumstances and experiences in new healthy ways 2. Challenge dysfunctional perceptions and behaviors 3. Reinforce opportunities for emotional healing and personal growth The treatment goal is to enrich the quality of life and direct human energy toward achieving objectives I support my clients to sustain the change until the paradigm shift occurs through the principle of reduction tension and increasing calm I implement 2 simple structures -What the problem is -What is the solution I will provide you with 10 guidelines to succeed in your plan
