I've worked with adults experiencing various mental health and co-occurring disorders. I have a passion for working with individuals experiencing substance abuse and trauma. I provide trauma-informed treatment through evidence-based practices while ensuring my practice is inclusive, anti-oppressive, culturally and spiritually sensitive.
My Background and Approach
My approach is eclectic and client-centered; there is no one way to treat an individual, there is your way, and it all starts here. I have learned that meaningful therapy begins with a genuine relationship and connection with my clients - one formed in an environment of trust and safety but with enough challenge to foster emotional healing and change.
