My Background and Approach
Improving your relational life is our main focus. Our approach with clients is collaborative. We see ourselves as your supporter in your healing journey. We use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Discernment Counseling, Gottman Couples Therapy Method and EMDR to assist in addressing your needs. We draw from your strengths to support your needs and help you reach your goals.

We believe change is possible if one desires it. Using your strengths to help support meeting what you need to improve in the areas you desire. Our role is one of guides and support not the decision makers. Our hope is that through the counseling process you are able to find the answers you seek.
