About My Clients
Do you ever catch yourself feeling overwhelmed by anxious thoughts, constant self-doubt, or stress that makes it hard to function day to day? It can appear like finding order and consistency is hard when trying to balance family, friends, academics, work, and more. However, you do not need to navigate it all on your own. Together, we can explore and identify what skills work best for to achieve your own personal goals.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience supporting teens, young adults, and adults as they navigate life transitions, reduce anxiety, challenge self-doubt, manage addiction, and regain a sense of control in their lives. I strive to create a therapeutic space that feels welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental—where you can feel supported and truly understood. Together, we identify patterns and cycles that may be keeping you stuck, develop tools to regulate emotions, and build practical skills to help you navigate life’s challenges. I believe in meeting you exactly where you are in your journey.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the opportunity for growth. Life can create barriers that make it difficult to achieve your goals, quiet your inner critic, and feel confident in yourself, but that doesn't mean it's impossible. I strive to create a therapeutic space that is welcoming, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, where you can feel supported and understood. I love animals, theme parks, and learning new things.
