I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, relationship stress, and major life shifts. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in old patterns shaped by past experiences. I am a licensed therapist with specialized training in trauma-informed care and EMDR. My background includes extensive experience supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, PTSD, and the lasting effects of trauma. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to each session and tailor treatment to the unique needs of every client. My approach is trauma-sensitive, collaborative, and holistic. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every emotion carries a message and offers an opportunity to understand ourselves more deeply. Each person has an innate capacity to heal, and through intentional self-awareness, that capacity becomes a powerful guide. Life often pushes us to hide parts of who we are, leading to tension, disconnection, and choices that don’t align with our true selves. Trauma and chronic stress can further erode coping skills, leaving people numb or overwhelmed. My work centers on helping clients reconnect with their authentic selves, restore inner trust, and find emotional freedom. I support individuals in uncovering the roots of their pain while fostering both healing and growth. Through a trauma-informed, strength-based lens, I provide a safe, steady environment where clients can explore, process, and reclaim their sense of self. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they develop clarity, resilience, and a more grounded, fulfilling life.
