About My Clients
If you are seeking support for a teenager, college student, or young adult, you can rest easy. I am highly skilled at treating these young minds, and could not feel a stronger passion for supporting them through a confusing and difficult stage of life. As we know, family relationships are some of the most difficult. My skill set also includes supporting those with trauma, family conflicts, personality shifts, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and relationship problems.
My Background and Approach
With 15 years experience working with children and families, I developed a niche in working with teens, college students, young adults, and parents. When we feel that something is off in our life experience, we may struggle to identify the causes of our dissatisfaction. I have extensive personal and professional experience in discovering the hidden wounds, creating a healing space, and safely exploring and tending to what is asking to be healed On a small scale, I also provide support for those living in or healing from an abusive relationship. You are not to blame for finding yourself in this confusing space. I will help you navigate this experience, and non-judgmentally find the protection and healing space that you deserve. My approach is authentic, and relatable. I passionately pursue the skills and knowledge that can help you, and we work together to identify what feels genuinely healing for you.
