Clients are ready to work hard in therapy for the changes they want to see! I don't offer couples counseling or counseling with minors. Weekly telehealth (video or phone sessions only). Aetna, BCBS, or private pay/cash pay clients. First time clients are welcome. Diverse clients welcome. Let's get to work to change your life!
My Background and Approach
License Professional Counselor available for telehealth sessions. I offer Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I'm down to earth and my goal is to help you feel comfortable in therapy. I start wherever you are!! I'm a licensed supervisor for other counselors, and have plenty of experience. I look forward to working with you! Email for the quickest response.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I LOVE DIVERSITY!!!! I do not tolerate racism, or any other type of hate or discrimination. I'm an ally for just about everyone! If you aren't sure, just ask. I love animals of all kind, but am a dog lover for sure :)
