About My Clients
If you’ve been feeling stuck, angry, disconnected, or unsure how to express what’s going on inside, therapy can be a space to start making sense of it. You don’t have to figure it out alone. I specialize in supporting adults navigating the challenges of everyday life—especially those who were taught to push through, stay strong, or keep emotions to themselves. She works with men and women of all backgrounds.
My Background and Approach
My goal is simple: to help you make sense of what's going on and start moving forward with clarity and confidence. I take a straightforward, supportive, and no-judgment approach, drawing on evidence-based modalities including CBT, DBT, Person-Centered Therapy, and Psychoanalytical Therapy, and she takes a holistic view of well-being that includes emotional, physical, social, and spiritual health.
