About My Clients
Do you find yourself overwhelmed with anxiety? Is anxiety or depression causing you to feel as though you can't move forward with your life - leaving you to feel as though you are not reaching your full potential of overall happiness and future goals? I understand that anxiety comes from a number of factors such as genetics, social stress, or even past trauma. Starting therapy allows for an outside perspective to help you determine the causes, so you can move forward with solutions.
My Background and Approach
Obtaining my Master's degree in Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida - I have accumulated experience helping individuals and family with anxiety (OCD, social anxiety, etc), ADHD, depression, trauma, self-esteem, and life coaching. Much of my experience has come from providing trauma and family counseling within homes and schools. In my sessions with you - I will use a collaborative approach. We will work together to determine your concerns, develop a plan, and work on your solutions. I can also help by using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which aims to reduce your symptoms of anxiety and depression. I will meet you where you are at - as I truly believe that you are the expert in your own life!
