I am here to support you in getting your life back and creating the life you want for yourself.
My Background and Approach
I help my clients see that they don’t have to be defined by the painful things they have experienced in the past and to develop affirming relationships with others. I see my role as a guide to support my clients in experiencing more agency, meaning and purpose in their lives. help clients who have experienced past trauma reclaim their lives in the present. I support my clients to process through past events in a safe and non-judgmental setting to feel a sense of relief and hope. I can support you in developing better self-worth, managing emotional triggers and having better relationships with your loved ones. Together we can determine a plan that will best support you in reaching your goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we always have the opportunity to make positive changes in our lives and that while we can’t change the past, the past does not have to define who we are and who we become.
