About My Clients
I support individuals and neurodiverse folx, couples navigating trauma, grief, mental health challenges, identity shifts, and relationship struggles
My Background and Approach
It can be exhausting to keep adapting just to feel safe or understood. Many of the people I work with are learning how to come back to themselves after years of surviving, masking, or holding it all together. Therapy can be a space to take a breath, get curious about what’s no longer working, and move toward something that feels more honest, connected, and self-led. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in real relationship sometimes that means deep reflection, sometimes it means laughter, sometimes it means sitting with the hard stuff together. I work from a Narrative and Contextual Therapy lens, with people navigating trauma, identity shifts, cultural disconnection, and relationship challenges. Much of my work has been with queer and trans clients, adult children of immigrants, and couples working to deepen connection and communication but I welcome anyone who feels like we might be a good fit. If something in this resonates, feel free to reach out for a free consultation
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer, Palestinian- American therapist, I’m committed to creating affirming, identity-conscious spaces for healing and connection. I am proudly queer and trans affirming, and I strive to offer care that honors each client’s full self without judgment or assumption. I believe therapy can be a powerful tool for reclaiming voice and agency especially for those navigating marginalization, intergenerational trauma, and systemic harm. My work is rooted in anti-racism, disability justice, and queer liberation.
