"Change" is possible and the vast majority of us need guidance and support for it to come to fruition. I believe in the power of building supportive and healthy relationships to aid with healing. Relationships have an extraordinary capacity to deeply wound or profoundly heal human lives. I have certainly experienced them in both ways. I work with children, couples, blended families and reunification therapy. My passion is helping families grow in unity.
My Background and Approach
I have dedicated my training in working with attachment theory, CBT, family systems and Gottman. I use an eclectic approach! I tend to look at your upbringing and help you uncover patterns and break generational curses. Together we will uncover your childhood wounds that can rob you of your joy. Let’s face them together and move forward to live a free and peaceful life. My goal is for you and your entire family to gain therapeutic benefits now and for your future generations in a safe space.
