About My Clients

You want therapy that’s active and collaborative—someone to help you sort the noise, name what’s happening, and help you choose next steps. You’re ready to stop managing everything alone and build more ease, boundaries, and follow-through. You also want a place to be honest, get challenged kindly, and leave sessions with something concrete—tools you can practice between sessions, plus a clearer sense of what matters and how to move toward it.

My Background and Approach

I’m a New York State–licensed psychotherapist and art therapist providing telehealth therapy to adults across NYS. I work with people navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, depression, and life transitions—especially when overthinking and avoidance start running the show. My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative: we’ll make sense of what’s happening, identify the patterns keeping you stuck, and build practical strategies you can use between sessions. While our work can go deep, it’s not just talk. I integrate evidence-based psychotherapy with creative, non-intimidating options when words feel limited (only if it’s a fit for you). Clients often come to me wanting a therapist who will engage actively, ask thoughtful questions, and offer feedback—not simply listen. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and capable of following through in your real day-to-day life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people do the best they can with the tools they have—and that new tools can be learned. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you; it’s about understanding what’s getting in the way and building a steadier way to meet your life. I believe change happens through a mix of insight, practice, and compassion: naming patterns honestly, experimenting with new responses, and repairing the places you’ve learned to be hard on yourself. I value collaboration, consent, and transparency, and I aim to offer both warmth and directness—support that feels safe, and work that doesn’t stay stuck.
