Drawing from experience across diverse settings, I blend evidence-based care with empathy and holistic practices, focusing on mind, body, and spirit to support lasting, meaningful change.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe deeply in compassion, equity, and the power of community. My work is inspired by my father’s journey with mental illness, which taught me the importance of dignity, empathy, and advocacy in mental health care. I am passionate about reducing stigma and making mental health services more accessible and inclusive for all, including the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I value collaboration and see healing as a partnership rooted in respect and trust. Beyond my professional role, I care about supporting families and new parents, advocating for maternal mental health, and uplifting those who feel unseen in their struggles. I also believe in holistic wellness — caring for mind, body, and spirit — and often draw inspiration from mindfulness, movement, and connection with others. My hope is that every client feels not only supported, but also empowered to embrace their authentic self and build a life of balance, resilience, and meaning.
