As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC), I bring over a decade of experience in mental health and medical care. I have worked extensively in outpatient psychiatry, telemedicine, and primary care settings, which enables me to address both physical and mental health needs holistically. My specialties include treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and psychotic disorders. I am skilled in medication management, brief psychotherapeutic interventions, and evidence-based practices that help my patients achieve their mental health goals.
