About My Clients

My clients include individuals navigating anxiety, grief and loss, relationship concerns, postpartum adjustment, and life transitions. Many feel stuck, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves or others. They come to therapy seeking understanding, support, and practical tools to manage distress and create change. I provide a compassionate, collaborative space where clients can build insight, strengthen resilience, and move toward greater clarity and well-being.

My Background and Approach

I take a warm, collaborative approach to therapy and believe that each person’s story deserves to be understood with care and curiosity. I help clients make sense of how their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and relationships are connected so they can better understand what they are experiencing and why. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and insight-oriented (psychodynamic) therapy. This means we may focus on both present-day tools to manage stress and anxiety, as well as deeper patterns that may be shaping your experiences. I work with clients who are dealing with anxiety, grief, relationship stress, postpartum challenges, and major life changes. Together, we identify unhelpful patterns, build awareness, and develop practical coping skills that support real-life change. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly, go at your own pace, and feel understood. Clients often describe my style as warm, grounded, and gently dir

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, understood, and not judged. I see therapy as a team effort—you are the expert on your life, and I’m here to support you with tools, guidance, and a different perspective when helpful. I don’t view anxiety, grief, relationship struggles, or life stress as personal weaknesses. Instead, I see them as understandable responses to life experiences that can be worked through with the right support. I believe healing happens through connection, honesty, and small, meaningful steps over time. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and build practical skills you can use in your daily life. I also believe that change is possible at any stage of life, and that it’s never too late to start feeling differently or making new choices. I aim to create a space where you can be real, move at your own pace, and feel supported along the way.
