My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I have an interest in spirituality, especially the topics of Buddha nature and Christ consciousness, so if you do too this can be a part of our conversations. I also love using decks in therapy including: Nature Meditations, Live Your Values, Soul Cards 2, and Divine Feminine for a more Jungian approach. I'm also a social worker by trade so I take a social justice lens as well and love talking about systems of oppression and how to cope and survive as well as how to dismantle them, and this can also be a part of our conversations.
