Sometimes our mental well-being suffers because we have had a major life transition such as Covid-19, becoming a new parent, taking a new role at work, moving, dieting and exercise, or finding love. Transitions are inevitably at any stage of life and these create anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, and a general lack of self-confidence and motivation to move forward. My Background and Approach
I'm a solution-focused therapist and have many tools that are evidence-based, meaning they've been researched and tested. I only incorporate what's relevant to you and my goal is that we work on what matters, so each session is not cookie-cutter. I gently challenge the ideas that keep you stuck and provide motivation to make changes and move forward. We'll discuss how to go through life changes and normalize your feelings. I'm warm, funny, and enjoy a down-to-earth relationship! My goal is that you feel safe, validated and comfortable.
